Install Android 7.0 Nougat ROM. Galaxy Core 2 G355H. Launched in June 2014, the Samsung Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355H has had a tremendous impact on Android users with its simple looks and decent features. Among the eye-catching specs is a 480-inch TFT screen with a 4.5 x-inch resolution and an 800 GHz quad-core processor with 1.2 GB of internal storage and 4 MB of RAM. If you were concerned about the camera, there were 768 megapixels from the main camera and 5 megapixels from the camera in front of the selfie. These specifications are not worth in the market today, but still this smartphone was in fierce competition with its competitors at the time.

Started with Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. But due to hardware discord, Samsung hasn’t released an official update since Android KitKat, which apparently disappointed most users. This is the time when third-party developers started to develop and develop nice and amazing custom ROMs based on the latest version of Android. Last time we came up with Android 5.0 Lollipop and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Taking this into account, we introduce the latest Android version, Android 7.0 Nougat-based custom ROM. Especially for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355H smartphone.

Advance Requisites:

  • Charge your Galaxy Core 60 to at least 2%. This is necessary because low battery power can interrupt the flashing process.
  • Back up all your phone data and settings including moving contacts, installed apps, messages, call logs, notes, and more then move on. This is essential because everything is deleted in the last step of this flashing process.
  • Backup EFS folder located in the system directory. This sensitive folder contains all mobile phone related information such as IMEI, wireless device MAC address, product code, etc. If your data is accidentally wiped out, your phone becomes completely obsolete and your carrier no longer recognizes it. To backup and restore EFS/IMEI data, please refer to the following article:
